Conditions We Address
Injuries & Pains We TreatWe treat countless injuries and pains that can keep you from doing what you love
Whether you’re a weekend warrior, a serious athlete, or don’t consider yourself an athlete at all, chances are we can help. Things can go wrong with our bodies in countless ways, including from athletic activities, automobile accidents, physically demanding jobs, or just activities of daily life. We couldn’t possibly list all of the things we help patients with, but we’ve listed some ones we see.Our aim is always to get to the root cause, not just treat the symptoms, keep you off the operating table, and help you get back in the game and stay in it.
Back Pain & Sciatica
Every year millions of people get treatment for back pain and sciatica. Sciatica pain radiates along your sciatic nerve – the longest nerve in the human body. You can feel the pain from your lower back through your hips and buttocks and down your legs. It’s commonly the result of a compressed nerve or bone spur on the spine.
Headaches
Everyone gets a headache from time to time, but for some people they are debilitating. There are over 150 types of headaches that can be triggered by sports injury, auto accidents, muscular injury, stress, nerve issues, and more. You should see us if you’re experiencing chronic headaches or migraines.
I have seen Dr. Grimm for the past few years and have always had a flawless experience. From general routine adjustments to rehabilitating workout injuries, he has always been consistently helpful in keeping my body in check from the many ways I tend to throw my body out of whack.
They offer early appointments which work perfect so I can go in before I go to work myself. Dr. Grimm is very knowledgeable with what he does. I have been to several chiropractors as well as know several on a personal level. His bedside manner is wonderful and I am always comfortable under his care. He is able to take on any issues I’m having specifically that particular day and understands my problem areas and how to attack them.
Note: this isn’t a simple snap, crackle, pop type of establishment where you go because you want a cheap adjustment. Although they are very capable of doing so, I would say this is the type of doc I trust for long term, comprehensive care. I have referred many friends and family and will continue to do so.

Sports Injuries
Nothing is worse for an athlete than an injury. More than anything it’s the fear of the unknown – how long will you be out? Will you need surgery? Is your career over? We’ve helped thousands of athletes from high school athletes to professionals get back in the game in days or weeks and avoid surgery.
Neck Pain
Neck pain is common with sports injuries and auto accidents. Neck pain can result from whiplash, bone spurs, herniated discs, arthritis, pinched nerves, and more. We can accurately diagnose the cause of your neck pain and get you back to living without pain.
As an athlete, I tend to put my body through a lot by testing its limits… With that comes some body shifts and discomforts at times, so I tend to need regular adjustments and body care.
When I met Dr. Grimm, I was very happy that he too is an athlete and familiar with some of the pushes I put my body through and looked forward to his help with getting my body in line and able to work powerfully efficient so that I could continue with my daily responsibilities and training.
I love the active release technique with the soft tissue before the adjustments, I personally will not go to a chiropractor that does not have some kind of soft tissue work prior to the aligning of the bones and the active release is a great technique, especially for athletes. Dr. Grimm listens to what I have to say about my current or typical issues and then makes his assessment based on that and what he sees through my movements and how my body is currently lining up. Once the soft tissue work is complete, the adjustments take place and I am up and back at my life in full force 🙂
The office environment is friendly and inviting, I actually look forward to seeing everyone and having brief catch up conversations. Only good things to say about the entire office and I am glad that I have found them!

Knee Pain
The knees take a lot of wear and tear. They are one of the first joints to give out when your body is stressed. Knee pain can be acute or chronic. Often we can save patients from getting arthroscopic surgery using ART and get them back to the activities they love with little downtime.
Tendonitis
Tendonitis is typically the result of repetitive movements. Tennis elbow is a form of tendonitis. You can get tendonitis in your bicep, your shoulder, your foot, and other areas of the body that undergo repetitive motion. We can reduce your pain, and inflammation using a variety of proven techniques.
I was struggling with elbow pain when playing golf and also doing household chores. I went to Premier Sports Chiropractic and after a few treatments, I started to feel better. Now after a couple of months, I feel much better and my elbow pain is under much better control. I can now play golf with very negligible discomfort. Thank you guys!”
