Care Built Around Your Goals

Living or working in Dallas can mean long office hours, regular training, or both. At Premier Sports Chiropractic in North Dallas, Dr. Lawrence Grimm listens to your goals and looks for the root cause of your concern rather than chasing symptoms. He has lived in Dallas since 1988 and understands the routines that keep local runners, cyclists, and active residents moving.

Dr. Grimm ran cross country for SMU, and at the clinic you work with him. Care may address neck pain, back pain, muscle strain, limited range of motion, or concerns affecting your knees, hips, feet, and ankles. Treatment options include chiropractic adjustments, Active Release Techniques, corrective exercise, kinesiology taping, and other services selected for your needs.

Stay Active Around Dallas

Dallas gives runners and cyclists several ways to stay active. White Rock Lake has a loop trail of about 9 miles. The Katy Trail runs through Uptown, and the Northaven Trail crosses North Dallas. These routes can fit into training, commuting, or a weekend routine. Repeated activity, desk work, and everyday movement can affect how your neck, back, hips, knees, and feet feel.

For concerns linked to running or cycling, care may include chiropractic adjustments, Active Release Techniques, corrective exercise, kinesiology taping, cold laser therapy, or therapeutic ultrasound. These options may help address muscle strain, tendonitis, knee pain, hip pain, back pain, and foot or ankle concerns such as plantar fasciitis.

How We Help Dallas Patients

White Rock Running Care

Running the White Rock Lake loop can place repeated stress on your knees, hips, feet, ankles, and muscles. Chiropractic adjustments, ART, corrective exercise, or kinesiology taping may help address movement concerns connected to your training.

How a Visit Works

1. Evaluate

Your first visit starts with a conversation about your pain, your history and what you want to get back to. Dr. Grimm then examines how you move and explains what he finds.

2. Treat

Treatment can often start that same day. Before you commit, you get an estimate of how many sessions it may take and what it will cost.

3. Perform & Maintain

The goal is to get you back on the field, court, course or trail and keep you there. If you are not improving after a few visits, Dr. Grimm changes the plan or refers you to an appropriate medical specialist.

Getting Here Across Dallas

From Uptown and downtown, take US-75 north. From Lake Highlands and Preston Hollow, use Walnut Hill Lane or Royal Lane to Central Expressway. From far North Dallas, take I-635 to US-75 south. For many Dallas patients the clinic sits on a route they already drive, so a visit can fit before work or on the way home.
