Support For Your Active Life

If you train for club soccer, baseball, golf, or another activity in Frisco, an injury can disrupt practices, competition, and family schedules. Premier Sports Chiropractic is in North Dallas, where Dr. Lawrence Grimm works with patients who want care connected to their goals. He has treated touring performers and pro cyclists, including Roger Daltrey of The Who, Lauren Stephens, and Bobby Julich.

You may be dealing with an ankle injury, knee pain, hamstring strain, throwing-arm concern, or golfer’s low back pain. Dr. Grimm listens to what you need from your sport and daily life, then may use adjustments, Active Release Techniques, corrective exercise, or other treatment services suited to your situation.

Care For Sports City USA

Frisco markets itself as Sports City USA. Club soccer players gather around Toyota Stadium, home of FC Dallas and the National Soccer Hall of Fame. The Star includes the Dallas Cowboys headquarters and practice complex, along with the 12,000-seat Ford Center. Riders Field hosts the Frisco RoughRiders, while PGA Frisco includes the PGA of America headquarters and Fields Ranch golf courses.

These activities can place stress on different areas. Soccer may involve ankle or knee injuries, while baseball can bring throwing-arm shoulder and elbow pain. Golfers may develop low back pain. Care may include chiropractic adjustments, ART, therapeutic services, corrective exercise, or kinesiology taping.

How a Visit Works

1. Evaluate

Your first visit starts with a conversation about your pain, your history and what you want to get back to. Dr. Grimm then examines how you move and explains what he finds.

2. Treat

Treatment can often start that same day. Before you commit, you get an estimate of how many sessions it may take and what it will cost.

3. Perform & Maintain

The goal is to get you back on the field, court, course or trail and keep you there. If you are not improving after a few visits, Dr. Grimm changes the plan or refers you to an appropriate medical specialist.

Driving From Frisco

From Frisco, take the Dallas North Tollway south to I-635 (LBJ Freeway) east, then US-75 (Central Expressway) south to the clinic near Walnut Hill Lane and Royal Lane. It is a longer drive than a clinic down the street, so it helps to plan it around a Tuesday or Thursday afternoon.
